Cheer Director and Coach

Dee found her passion for all-star cheer and dance more than two-decades ago, when her daughter, Ryhannon, joined the sport.  At that time, Dee was working as a fitness instructor and found the transition from the fitness world, to the competitive cheer world, an easy one, as she tailored her approach to bring the importance of proper nutrition and fitness training to the cheer and dance athlete.

Dee has coached at many levels:

  • Pee-Wee
  • Middle School
  • High School (including, Brunswick, Padua and North Royalton)
  • Prep, Youth, Junior and Senior All-Star

Dee prides herself in teaching life lessons to her coaching staff and athletes through cheerleading, focusing on making a difference in each young person’s life.  She can be seen daily in the front office of Midwest Cheer Elite.  Dee has a presence in every practice, with each team, joining the coaching staff to reinforce the Elite standards.
